Empowering children and families to strengthen their resilience in health promoting ways.

We at CHARM are passionate about providing strengths-based, research-grounded resources to nurture resiliency. We host a four-day overnight summer camp for grieving families in need, as well as provide basic needs, resources, and follow-up supports for children and adults grieving a death or separation from a close family member. Our personalized, transformative camp offers first-hand experiences that awaken joy, empower healing and positive coping skills, and strengthen resilience for all participants. All at no-cost to families. We also nurture resilient environments by training students, parents, and school personnel (preschool – university) to enhance their social and emotional skills and resiliency through the Choose Love Movement, Nurtured Heart Approach, and more.
